This pull request reverts a previous change that prevented flutter clean from deleting the .dart_tool/widget_preview_scaffold directory. The changes remove the special handling logic from the clean command, restoring the behavior of deleting the entire .dart_tool directory. The associated tests have also been reverted to reflect this behavior.
