Code Review
This pull request modifies .ci.yaml to add the bringup: true flag to five iOS test targets that have been identified as flaky. This change will prevent these tests from blocking the CI tree upon failure. Each modification includes a TODO comment that references the tracking issue for this temporary measure. The changes are applied to channels_integration_test_ios, integration_test_test_ios, native_assets_ios, wide_gamut_ios, and spell_check_test.
