Code Review
This pull request is a good step towards improving the robustness of OpenGL context handling by checking the return values of eglMakeCurrent. The changes correctly propagate the success or failure status, and the updated call sites in fl_compositor_opengl.cc now handle potential failures gracefully. However, the refactoring appears to be incomplete. There are at least two call sites of the modified fl_opengl_manager_make_current function where the new boolean return value is still being ignored. This happens in fl_engine.cc within the functions create_opengl_backing_store (line 254) and collect_opengl_backing_store (line 288). Ignoring these failures can lead to subsequent OpenGL calls failing or even crashing the application. It is highly recommended to update these locations to check the return value and handle failures appropriately to complete this important refactoring.
