Sounds good to me, perhaps worth adding a comment above the bringup: true line to not enable this (it's just for debugging ci)

SGTM. However, if these randomly long builds are only clean builds (where nothing is cached), then I don't think this loop will accomplish much. IIRC I wrote a comment somewhere about whether or not these were only happening on first builds in test—I'll go look for it.

Regardless, as long as some build takes a shockingly time to complete, then this will probably timeout as desired (if 30 minutes is short enough of a timeout); so SGTM

It would be nice to have somewhere to iterate and experiment with what we can do to either fix frequent timeout problems we have with
flutter build apk(across platforms, to be clear, though I've just started with Linux) or get more information on why the crashes/timeouts happen.Open to other ways to doing this (though preferably not LED).
