This pulls in flatcar/init#68 to skip the ensure-sysext unit when systemd-sysext is skipped to prevent a dependency failure being reported. Closes: flatcar/Flatcar#710
The "init" repo has a systemd unit with lines that should be kept in sync with upstream. Normally changes are not expected but in case there are some, it may be good to be aware.
