Users should not see 'change password' setting with noauth auth method #5650

Description
Currently, users can change their account password when running with 'noauth' auth method.
This does no harm, but its pointless and confuses the user.
What did you expect to happen?
Don't show 'update password' settings.
What actually happened?
User is presented with 'update password' fields in account page.
Reproduction Steps
Run filebrowser with `--auth.method=noauth'.
