Yeah, my editor did this but I think the change is consistent with how the imports are normally ordered in Tendermint so I lett it.

This is support for Ledger HW wallets on macOS Ventura v13.x and higher, where location of the IOKit library changed - see the following PR: [OS X enumerate fix: also look for IOKit in /System/Library/Frameworks #15](Zondax/hid#15).
