The rise of AI and machine learning presents opportunities to create intelligent financial solutions that offer personalized advice, predict market trends, and automate tasks. Emphasize creating user-friendly tools accessible across multiple devices to meet digital age expectations.

What it does

Aturin offers features to assist individuals in business planning and budgeting:

  1. Consultation with Finny: An intelligent business AI that guides business setup and provides advice.
  2. Business Summary and Advice: Offers comprehensive business summaries and actionable advice.
  3. Digital Invoicing: Create digital invoices for efficient audit and accounting, synced with inventory.
  4. Income and Expense Tracking: Easily track income, expenses, and profits.

Aturin focuses on supporting small businesses in establishing operations and enhancing business knowledge.

How we built it

Aturin is built on a robust online platform accessible via web and mobile applications. Technologies like React.js and Express.js ensure a seamless, responsive user experience on the web. The integration of Gemini, an advanced AI chatbot, enhances user interaction and support. On mobile, Aturin utilizes Flutter for efficient, natively compiled applications across platforms.

Challenges we ran into

  • Time Constraints: With a tight three-day deadline, prioritizing features and managing development time was critical to delivering a functional product.
  • Technical Challenges: Integrating complex components like Firebase Authentication and ensuring smooth functionality (e.g., expense tracking, data visualization) posed significant challenges.

Accomplishments that we’re proud of

  1. Technological Development:

    • Created an intuitive platform for effective UMKM financial management.
    • Integrated "Finny" for automated financial consultations.
  2. Feature Expansion:

    • Completed the mobile app, enhancing financial management flexibility.
    • Connected UMKM's income and expenses with bank accounts.
  3. User Growth and Collaboration:

    • Increased UMKM sector users in Indonesia, receiving positive feedback on usability.
    • Built a strong, effective team and collaborations.

Working on Aturin improved our teamwork and consistency, enhancing both individual and team skills.

What’s next for our project

Future plans for Aturin include:

  • Enhancing the website and app to meet professional standards.
  • Completing the mobile app for enhanced user flexibility.
  • Integrating UMKM income and expenses with bank accounts.
  • Improving Aturin's security with data encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and real-time security monitoring.
