The Python automation layer was extracted into the standalone roctinam/carbonyl-agent package (closed by fathyb#25). The legacy automation/ tree on this repo has been duplicated work since v0.2.0-alpha.1; this removes it. - 2283 lines removed across browser.py, daemon.py, session.py, screen_inspector.py, usps_pobox.py, requirements.txt - scripts/build-local.sh: post-build "next steps" hint now points at carbonyl-agent's CLI - MAINTENANCE.md: Quick Start + Automation Layer sections updated to pip install carbonyl-agent and the carbonyl_agent import path - docs/development-guide.md: repo-structure tree, Python-layer section, and Python-changes workflow now point at carbonyl-agent; local smoke-test recipe uses CARBONYL_BIN to bind a freshly-built binary Historical references in changelog.md, RELEASE-v0.2.0-alpha.1.md, and docs/adr-002 are intentionally preserved as record. Closes fathyb#36
