Accidentally broke .status(number).send() type inference with PR #4823 as mentioned by @kibertoad
The PR implicitly forced all status codes to be of a type between 100-599, and since
numbercould fall out of that range, it broke the inference. Regardless, fixed the issue and added a test for it. So sorry!
