As suggested by @tiangolo #3048 (comment) - the basic setup via:
$ python ./scripts/docs.py new-lang deHaven't found the time yet to add in AaronDewes' changes and split everthing from #3048. But I will do that soon.
@AaronDewes Can you take a quick look around here, too?
Could actually also directly put the index.md with this request?
