If you would like to display the bearing to the active waypoint of the GPS with an RMI, please do not use GPS WP BEARING. GPS WP BEARING has been optimized for the default autopilot to improve tracking in DME arcs.

Instead use L:KLN90B_GPS_WP_BEARING which outputs magnetic bearing according to appendix A in the manual.
