Description
Nobody has provided a reproduction for this issue but there was a report on discord that there was an issue upgrading and using the LinkPlugin. One theory is that they are probably using webpack and it's not handling module imports correctly, and this might fix the issue. It shouldn't cause any problems for other scenarios.
