As part of the PR I also bring the repo up to speed with
faasm/faasm,faasm/cpp, andfaasm/faabric.In particular:
gitanddockerinterfacesbumpcode versionvenvandvenv-bmaroundcrossenvwith latest CPP versions. Now, tasks for a cross-environment live in./crossenv/tasks/and we invoke them withinv -r crossenv -l.Unfortunately, after the CPP and LLVM upgrades
numpyis now broken. I'd like to fix it but probably not now.See faasm/faasm#705 for the full picture.
