Problem Statement

What is the problem you're trying to solve?
The SecretServer provider has demonstrated stability and sufficient testing during its alpha phase, and the community has adopted its use. To reflect its readiness for broader deployment and its increased feature set, it is appropriate to promote its stability level.

Proposed Changes

How do you like to solve the issue and why?
Promote the SecretServer provider from alpha to beta stability.

This change is justified by:

The provider's stability and reliability, as validated by internal testing and user feedback.
The improved test coverage for the provider, as noted in recent commits.
The commitment to continued maintenance and development by the new assigned maintainer, gmurugezan.

This change involves updating the stability-support.md documentation to reflect the new stability level.
