Overview
Fixes
ci-builder's ability to compile foundry from source when need be. Previously, we usedfoundryup, which setRUSTFLAGS=-C target-cpu=native. This flag fell through to the host of the container, causing invalid instruction errors. Instead, we just build withcargo.
