We've made changes at some points to our monorepo that break CI for projects using our monorepo (e.g. changing the L2 gasPrice from 0 to 1 gwei) including Synthetix and Chainlink

Describe the solution you'd like
Run the Synthetix OVM integration tests and Chainlink OVM Integration tests once a day in our CI and alert if they do not pass.

Additional context
Synthetix had been added at one point: ethereum-optimism/integration-tests#69
