desktop端，max_steps已经设置为0，但是yolo模式依然提示：
planner: paused after 6 tool-call rounds (agent.max_steps) — the work so far is saved; send another message to continue, or set max_steps higher or to 0 for no limit

Steps to reproduce

1. max_steps设置为0；
2. 设置为yolo模式；
3. 运行任务后，提示：planner: paused after 6 tool-call rounds (agent.max_steps) — the work so far is saved; send another message to continue, or set max_steps higher or to 0 for no limit。
