ethSimulate-self-destructive-contract-produces-logsintroduced by #17914For being conservative,
CommitBlockhas been inserted/enabled only for APIs where tests utilisingstateOverridesexist. In all other cases,Overridesis called without a subsequentCommitBlock. Tests will subsequently be conducted for these cases, andCommitBlockwill be inserted if necessary.
