We temporarily have TLS configurations disabled in the sample applications as part of #320. This is a blocker for production, and we will need to re-enabled this.

Since default trusted CA files aren't available to us on mobile, we'll likely need to compile our own and ship it with the library. This is already done by:

• gRPC
