Today we are defaulting the monitor history table on the Monitor page to Down status only, we are starting to rethink that and it should perhaps be All instead. This issue is soliciting feedback on this idea.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the dropdown to show All checks instead of Down checks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing nothing and leaving it defaulted to Down.

Additional context
It will provide a more accurate picture of recent status for the monitor.
