#2024 re-added an anchor to fix some broken links for the 8.0 release. Now that we've updated links using the anchor, we can remove it. Depends on elastic/cloud-on-k8s#5350

Re-adds an anchor removed by #1970. This will create a broken link when 8.0 is released.
I'll open a separate PR to remove the anchor once I fix any outstanding references.
