Can it be merged to 7.9.3 also? as 7.10.0 has also some bigger changes and 7.9.3 should be more stable? |

Don't use url authentication for new ES client

Fixed a bug that prevented Kibana from starting up if the Elasticsearch password contained special characters like '%'.
