Summary

This PR achieves the following:

  • deletes the placeholder text of the transform ID field,
  • changes the placeholder text of the transform description field,
  • deletes the help text of the transform description field,
  • deletes the placeholder text of the destination index,
  • deletes xpack.transform.stepDetailsForm.transformDescriptionHelpText object from the translate files.
