Summary
After some improvements in timeline feature, the tests that uses drag and drop functionality have started to fail. In order to fix them we have added a little bit more of time when performing the action in order to let the page know about the dragged element.
After adding this change and executed the tests several times as CI, looks like the flakiness disappeared.
