There have been some failures for these tests, I believe they were being caused by certain tests forgetting to adjust their timeout to 30 seconds. This switched to using jest.setTimeout(). The docs don't make it clear the "scope" that the timeout is adjusted for, but my basic testing shows it being isolated to the file. We've also used this elsewhere in Kibana, so I'm pretty sure (famous last words) this isn't global in scope.
