Changes required to Kibana docs as a result of splitting Infrastructure Monitoring Guide into separate Logs and Metrics guides.

This is part of a multi-repo change (see https://github.com/elastic/observability-dev/issues/98). DO NOT PUSH UNTIL EVERYTHING IS READY.
