Apply EXTENDED_TIMEOUT (10s) to 4 tests across 3 files that intermittently exceed the default 5s Jest timeout: - discover_sidebar_responsive.test.tsx (2 tests) - build_esql_fetch_subscribe.test.ts (1 test) - field_editor_flyout_content.test.ts (1 test) Closes elastic#258414, elastic#258356, elastic#258285, elastic#258235, elastic#257970, elastic#257835, elastic#257586
