Summary
This PR updates the custom field documentation for cases to reflect its GA state in 8.15.0. It also moves the content from https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/manage-cases.html to sit alongside the other case setting info in https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/manage-cases-settings.html
