Describe the bug: Date histogram stores the time zone to use based on the rollup index pattern. Even if the index pattern is changed, the time zone is not reset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create rollup index pattern and regular one
2. Create layer with rollup index pattern and add a date histogram
3. Switch the layer to the regular index pattern
4. Date histogram will keep using the rollup indexpattern time one

Expected behavior:
Date histogram request will use the time zone of the current space
