Steps to test

• Start Kibana with KBN_OPTIMIZER_THEMES=* yarn start to build all themes.
• Please test the UI with both light and dark themes. You can switch between these in Advanced Settings.
• Audit the plugin codebase for custom CSS classes and test them with both themes.
• Pay special attention to Popovers, Text, Panels, Filter Buttons, page layout, and other known issues.
