Kibana version: 7.12 BC2

Describe the bug: Trying to split a series by an ip range aggregation results in a "no data" screen. The inspector shows the correct data. Splitting the chart by ip range works fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new area chart
2. Add date histogram x axis
3. Add split series on ip range
4. No data is shown

Expected behavior:
Two series should be shown

Same happens for using it on the x axis
