Currently, if you Copy/Share a saved object and no spaces exist, you get an unhelpful message.

We should change both flyouts:

• If the user is authorized to create new spaces, change the text to: "There are no eligible spaces to <copy | share> into. Create a space first."

• If the user is not authorized to create new spaces, change the text to "There are no eligible spaces to <copy | share> into. You do not have permission to create a space."
