[Upgrade Assistant] Incorrectly updating issues that don't exist on the page. #227291

Description

Kibana version: 8.19.0 - BC2

Elasticsearch version: 8.19.0 - BC2

Browser version: chrome-latest

Browser OS version: macOS

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): cloud deployment

Describe the bug: Upgrade Assistant updates items from 2nd page when you are on 1st page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a deployment with version 7.x.x
  2. Bootstrap data (there should be enough data in order to get 2 pages of errors in upgrade assistant later)
  3. Upgrade to 8.19.0
  4. Navigate to upgrade assistant
  5. Start resolving elasticsearch errors
  6. Click reindex to the 1st item of the 1st page

Expected behavior: Only 1st item of 1st page should be affected.

Actual behavior: 1st item on 1st and 2nd page seemed to be affected.

Any additional context: When you finish resolving errors on the first page, errors seem to be resolved in second page too. When you go back to the Upgrade Assistant page there are still errors, you navigate to errors and there is 1 page of errors (the 2nd page that seemed incorrectly as resolved).
