Description
It is enough that element gets focus one time when user reaches an element and action is being performed one time when element activated.

Preconditions
Observability -> Rules page.

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Enabled (which has actions) in the table by pressing Tab key.
2.Press Enter.
3.Observe the dialog.
4.Close the dialog (Esc button).
5.Press Tab key.
6.Press Enter.
7.Observe the dialog.

Actual Result

  • Enabled gets focus, dialog with action appears when user activates it. When user closes dialog and press Tab key - focus goes to arrow button which is on Enabled. The same dialog with action appears when arrow is activated.

Expected Result

  • It is enough if whole button Enabled would get focus and dialog with actions appears when it is activated. No need to have arrow button as separate interactive element which does the same.
