Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

Visualizations that previously worked no longer do.

1. Some lines have completely disappeared from the line graph.
2. Some lines are only showing the points, not the connecting lines.
3. The dark theme "metric" visuals are not as visible as they were, and the "drawer switch" on visuals is completely invisible (but still functional if you can find it's spot)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade from Kibana 5.4 to 5.5

Errors in browser console (if relevant):
No error messages.
