What does this PR do?
This PR enables the asset test runner to verify if integrations are installed correctly. Side effect - we've to bootstrap the stack for every integration.
Information: the single Lens dashboard has been reverted to let the CI (test asset) pass. Right now Kibana won't be able to install any Lens items.
