When adding the integration to an Agent policy, the initial_interval is not respected. Observe that every time the integration starts it will always almost start just from now. The default 1h isn't respected, and changing it to a different value also causes the same issue.

I've deleted and recreated the integration a number of times to ensure I get a new id generated by Kibana and therefore a new backing state, and every time, I've never seen initial_interval.

I unfortunately can't get the elastic package dev environment working on my machine to debug this further currently, in case someone else has the ability to debug this further.
