This PR updates the global border radius token border.radius.medium for Borealis from 6px to 4px. This change will apply to any component that uses this token either directly or as base for calculations.

Important

This change means that for Borealis the values for border.radius.small and border.radius.medium are the same. That's currently expected. We'll need to revisit the usages once all updates are done and decide if there needs to be further changes to small or if we can reduce the border- radius tokens to a single one.

QA

ensure border.radius.medium has a value of 4px in Borealis and 6px in Amsterdam
- review docs that the updated information is available (EUI, EUI+)
smoke test some EUI components (mainly covered by VRT)
