Awesome work on this Trevor!
I removed stylelint yelling about the :not() selector syntax - I think both ways of writing it are valid and we should not lint on it.

Summary
Prepended and appended icon buttons were not centering the icon vertically in
EuiComboBox. This PR fixes the CSS by updating aheight: autorule to be more specific.Will QA for browsers, light/dark mode, and mobile in staging URL.
