@cchaos Updated to work with Safari. Overall, I like it a lot less (a bit finicky), but I can't think of another option that will support Safari. |

EuiFormRowoverwrites the focus management functions needed forinputWithPopoverranges. These changes applyonFocusandonBlurmore explicitly.The docs changes are for convenience. I can revert them if we don't want them to remain.
