The purpose of this task is to fix EuiPageTemplate examples.

Affected examples:

• Simple page with header and sections
• Providing a sidebar
• Showing a bottom bar
• Empty pages or content

Additionally, docs/display/empty-prompt/guidelines/#empty-state-types-goals-and-recommendations previews for the sidebar component are broken. It has been reported on #8309 (comment)
