If there are no longer any parameters for the histogram field type I'd remove the above three lines as well. I checked and there are no links targeting the histogram-params ID, so it won't break anything.

It seems that for now we don't have a good use for the
histogramandsummarymetric types. They had been left as place holders for a while, but at this point there is no concrete plan forward for them.This PR removes the
histogramandsummarymetric types. We may add them back in the future.Also, this PR completely removes the
time_series_metricmapping parameter from thehistogramfield type and only allows thegaugemetric type foraggregate_metric_doublefields.
