Fixes a couple of errors related to system indices in the snapshot restore tutorial: * Calling the delete index API on `*` will not delete all system indices, only some, such as the `.security` indices. It won't delete other ones, such as `.geoip_databases`. * Not all dot indices are system indices. Some are hidden indices. Relates to #76929
