Related to #73660

This PR updates the documentation URL in some API specs to address the following errors:

09:08:23 INFO:build_docs:Bad cross-document links:
09:08:23 INFO:build_docs: /tmp/docsbuild/target_repo/html/en/elasticsearch/client/javascript-api/master/api-reference.html contains broken links to:
09:08:23 INFO:build_docs: - en/elasticsearch/reference/master/ml-infer-trained-model-deployment.html
09:08:23 INFO:build_docs: - en/elasticsearch/reference/master/ml-start-trained-model-deployment.html
09:08:23 INFO:build_docs: - en/elasticsearch/reference/master/stop-trained-model-deployment.html

Once the documentation for those APIs exists, we can update the URLs againi.

LGTM, is there an issue tracking these API documentation pages getting created? If so should add updating these URLs again to the list if not already.
