The OpenIdConnectRealm had a bug which would cause it not to populate User metadata for collections contained in the user JWT claims. This commit fixes that bug. Resolves: elastic#50250

The OpenIdConnectRealm had a bug which would cause it not to populate User metadata for collections contained in the user JWT claims. This commit fixes that bug. Resolves: elastic#50250 Backport of: elastic#50521
