Adding tests here to fill the gaps left by removing tests in the linked PR. These follow a change (elastic#129132) where indices are skipped in searches when an index-level block INDEX_REFRESH_BLOCK is in the cluster state. These tests prove that several search APIs (_search, _msearch, _search_shards, _pit) are affected by the change.
