This commit enables the copyDockerfile task to render a Dockerfile that sources the Elasticsearch binary from artifacts.elastic.co. This is needed for reproducibility and transparency for the official Docker images in the Docker library.

LGTM
Might be worth to add a comment on why these is needed and hint at when build.docker.source is being set to remote.
We don't have an immediate solution for it, but worth to note that build.docker.source=remote will be something we do not test in elasticsearch-ci,
granted the difference is minimal so I think we can live with it for now.
