Empty values on keyword fields are filtered by the `map` execution mode of the `terms` aggregation. This commit restores them as valid buckets. Closes elastic#34434

Empty values on keyword fields are filtered by the `map` execution mode of the `terms` aggregation. This commit restores them as valid buckets. Closes #34434
