When displaying a histogram chart, for a given time domain and interval value, the tick values do not always align with the interval of the bucket/bin.

Notice in the image above that the interval is set to every 4 hours but the ticks are shown at every 3rd hour.

Ticks align with the data buckets and interval provided.
